These country walks vary in their degree of difficulty but will be planned as far as possible to meet what group members prefer. Usually these start at 10am and take place on the 3rd Saturday of the month, from February to October. (Between November and January, the group meet socially once a month).

Before each walk, group members who have provided an email address will be circulated full details of the next walk and the contact details of the person leading the walk.

Important Points:

·Appropriate shoes/boots and waterproofs are needed

· Please be aware that you are responsible for assessing your own risk and your own level of fitness to complete the walk based on the specific information provided before each walk.

· Please ensure your mobile phone is fully charged and remains switched on during the walk

· Do not leave the walk without notifying the leader

- The walk leader will maintain a list of walkers on each walk
