If you feel that painting and drawing is too much of a challenge but you have some artistic talent and would like to channel this in our new group, then this is possibly for you. Colouring other artists existing designs, in a peaceful atmosphere with quiet relaxing music in the background is a wonderful way to relax and forget your worries. You can also continue with this activity at home, as and when it suits you. It need not be expensive, as books and colouring pencils can be bought cheaply and we will supply some to borrow and trial at the beginning, until you decide on the media which suits best, and then you can purchase your own.
